Description: An exciting educational tour of the ancient cities of Uzbekistan - Bukhara, Shahrisabz, Samarkand and Tashkent, visiting historical monuments and masterpieces of medieval architecture. 

Tour designed specifically for immigrants from Uzbekistan, intending to visit the place where the past of their childhood and adolescence, and to worship the dust of their ancestors, as well as get acquainted with modern Uzbekistan.

Route: Tashkent-Bukhara-Shakhrisabz-Samarkand-Tashkent

Day 1: Tashkent
Arrival in Tashkent. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

Day 2: Tashkent
Breakfast at the hotel.
At your request, we can arrange a visit to the Synagogue / Church / Mosque, then the Jewish / Christian / Muslim cemetery (depending on religion).

After lunch, we start sightseeing Tashkent, during which you will visit the Museum of History of Uzbekistan, and to explore the historical monuments of Tashkent - Hazrati Imam complex, which includes the Barak-Khan Madrassah (XVI, XIX c.), Kaffal Shashi Mausoleum (XV c.) , which houses the oldest Koran, written in VII.

After the tour - transfer to the hotel.

Day 3: Tashkent-Bukhara (620 km, train)
06:00-07:00 - Early breakfast at the hotel.
07:30 - Transfer to the Central Station in Tashkent.

08:30 - Departure to Bukhara by express train "Sharq".
Lunch - on the way. Packed lunches.

15:15 - Arrival in Bukhara.
Transfer to the hotel.
Accommodation. Rest.

Free time.

Day 4: Bukhara
After breakfast at the hotel we can organize visits to the Synagogue of Bukhara (XVII c.) / Churches / Mosques, Jewish / Christian / Muslim cemetery (depending on religion).

Then starts sightseeing, during which you will become acquainted with many amazing monuments of the "Holy Bukhara". You will visit the Ark Fortress (VII-XIX c.) - The main palace of Bukhara emirs; Samanids Mausoleum (IX-X c.) - Dynastic tomb of the Samanids - the pearl of Bukhara and a masterpiece of world architecture; The mausoleum Chashmai Ayub (Job's Spring, XIV c.); Poi-Kalyan Square: Minaret Kalyan (XII c.) - the highest in Central Asia, Mir Arab madrassah (XVI c.) - acting religious educational institution, Kalon Mosque (XV c.); Trading domes - Toki Zargaron (Jewelers market), Toki Sarrafon - the market of money changers, medieval Currency Exchange, Toki Telpak-Furushon - Bazaar of hats merchants (XV-XVI c.).

After the tour you have free time.
Overnight in Bukhara.

Day 5: Bukhara
Breakfast at the hotel.

Continue sightseeing Bukhara: First we will visit The memorial complex Bahouddin Naqshband (XVI c.) then Country palace Sitorai Mohi Khosa (XIX-XX cc.).

Afternoon - Continuation of excursion: Chor-Minor Madrassah (XIX c); Magoki Attori Mosque - the oldest mosque in Bukhara. There is evidence that prior to the XVII century. In the mosque, along with the Muslims prayed also Jews; Lyabi-House complex (XVI-XVII c.).

Free time.

Day 6: Bukhara - Samarkand (285 km, train)
06:00 - Early breakfast at the hotel.
07:00 - Transfer to the train station.

08:05 - Departure to Samarkand by express train "Sharq".
Lunch - on the way. Packed lunches

14:47 - Arrival in Samarkand.
Transfer to the hotel.
Accommodation and leisure.

Day 7: Samarkand
Breakfast at hotel.

We can then arrange for you to visit the Synagogue / Church / Mosque, the Jewish / Christian / Muslim cemetery (depending on religion).

After lunch, we start sightseeing "Rome of the East" - the ancient Samarkand. During the tour you will visit the Museum of the city at the ancient city Afrasiab (VIII c. BC);  Mausoleum Doniyor Paygambar (St.Daniel) - (XIV, early XX c.), revered by both Muslims and Christians and Jews; Ulugbek observatory (XIV-XV c.) - brainchild of Ulugbek, ruler and a great scholar, grandson of Timur; Mausoleum complex Shahi-Zinda (XII-XV c.) consisting of more than 20 unique mausoleums of different times of construction. Shahi Zinda - a whole street of the medieval town, which is preserved to this day, where lies the oldest buildings in Samarkand.

Day 8: Samarkand

After breakfast excursion continued: Gur-Emir Mausoleum (XIV-XV c.) - Dynastic tomb of Tamerlane; Registan Square: Ulugbek Madrassah (XV c.), Sherdor Madrassah (XVII c.) and Tilla Kori Madrassah  (XVII c.) - a masterpiece of medieval architecture and the main symbol of Samarkand;

A walk through the old town, including the Jewish quarter; Bibi Honim (XIV c.) - grand mosque, built in honor of his beloved wife of Timur.
Beside to this mosque is an ancient Siab bazaar, where you will be able to know what the real eastern bazaar. Market maintained its unforgettable color and atmosphere, surprising tourists with its colorful, variety of products and goods.

In the afternoon - visit to the Museum of Local lore (early XX c.) - The oldest museum of the city, which is located in an old mansion merchant Abram Kalontarova.

Free time.
Evening - dinner in the national house with cooking Uzbek pilaf.
Overnight at Hotel

Day 9: Samarkand-Shakhrisabz-Samarkand (290 km, minibus / bus, for individuals - 180 km, the car)
Breakfast at hotel

Departure for a sightseeing trip to Shakhrisabz - homeland of Amir Temur.
Our route passes through the picturesque gorges and passes Zeravshan Range. The highest point on the road, the pass Takhtakaracha, offering spectacular views of the foothills of the valley. *
• (this route is available only for individuals, travel time - 1.5 hours, for groups - the route will take a detour on the mountain plains, time - 2.5 hours).

Arriving in Shahrisanbz, you will learn the historical monuments of the city - the Ak-Saray (XIV-XV c.) - A grand chateau of Timur; complex Dor-us Saodat (Place of Power, XIV-XVI centuries.), where the tomb of Tamerlane's sons - Jahangir and Umar; complex Dor-us Tilovat (thinking, XIV c.) - the mausoleum of Timur's spiritual mentor - Sheikh Shamseddin Kulol, and where also is buried Timur's the father- Amir Taragai; Gumbazi Saiydon (XV c.) - mausoleum of descendants of Ulugbek; Kuk-Gumbaz Mosque (XV c.).
After the tour you will be provided for lunch at a restaurant Ming Chinor * at the foot of the mountains.

Return to Samarkand.
On arrival in Samarkand - transfer to hotel.

Day 10: Samarkand

A free day in Samarkand.

Walking around the city, University Boulevard, parks.

Visit the most important for you and your favorite places in the city - a quarter, and the house where you live, schools, universities, places of work, etc.

Shopping and souvenirs.

16:00 - Transfer to the train station.
17:00 - Departure to Tashkent for a high-speed electric train "Afrasiab."

19:10 - Arrival in Tashkent.
Transfer to hotel accommodation.

Day 11: Tashkent
Breakfast at the hotel.

Farewell Day in Uzbekistan.
Free time in Tashkent.
Transfer to the airport. Departure.
