Duration: 2 days / 1 night

Description: A fascinating cultural and educational tour from Tashkent to ancient Bukhara, visiting historical monuments and masterpieces of medieval architecture. Tour is especially designed for visitors to our country that have days off, such as this weekend, for a better acquaintance Uzbekistan.

Route: Tashkent - Bukhara - Tashkent

Day 1: Tashkent-Bukhara (flight, HY)

06:30 - Meeting at Tashkent airport local lines.

07:30 - Departure to Bukhara flight HY-1321.

09:15 - Arrival in Bukhara.

10:00 - Start sightseeing in "Bukhoroi Sharif" (Holy Bukhara): Ark Fortress (VII-XIX c.) - the main residence of Bukhara emirs; Samanids Mausoleum (X c.) - Samanids dynasty tomb, the pearl of Bukhara and a masterpiece of world architecture.

12:00 - Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

13:00 - 14:00 - Lunch.

After lunch - Continue sightseeing: Poi-Kalon Square: Minaret Kalon (XII c.) - the highest in Central Asia, Mir Arab madrassah (XVI c.) - acting religious educational institution, Kalon Mosque (XV c.); Trading domes - Toki Zargaron (Jewelers market), Toki Sarrafon - the market of money changers, medieval Currency Exchange, Toki Telpak-Furushon - Bazaar of hats merchants (XV-XVI c.); Magoki Attori Mosque - the oldest mosque in Bukhara. There is evidence that prior to the XVII century, in this mosque, together with the Muslims prayed also Jews.

Dinner.

Overnight.

Day 2: Bukhara-Tashkent (flight, HY)

08:00-09:00 -Breakfast at the hotel.

09:30 – Continue sightseeing of Bukhara: Country palace of Bukhara Emirs “Sitorai Mohi Khossa” (XIX-XX cc.); Chor-Minor Madrassah (XIX c.); Lyabi-Hauz complex (XVI-XVII c.) - ancient pond, surrounded by three medieval buildings: Kukeldash Madrassah, Madrassah of Nodir Divan-begi and Khanaka.

Lunch.

After lunch - Continue sightseeing: The memorial complex of Bahouddin Naqshband (XVI c.) - Center of Naqshbandi Sufi order. Here is the tomb of the founder of the Order - Bahauddin Naqshband - one of the Seven holy “Pirs” (Mentors) of Bukhara. There is also a necropolis of Bukhara rulers.

17:00 - Transfer to the airport.

18:45 - Departure to Tashkent by flight HY-1338.

19:45 - Arrival in Tashkent. End of tour.
